There are an infinite number of gaskets on the market, but their applications and conditions of use are so many and so different that it is virtually impossible to foresee and satisfy them all in advance.

Customised made-to-measure gaskets are manufactured according to the customer's specific request and must therefore meet certain requirements, resulting in a product that is totally tailored to the expressed needs.

Rubber gaskets are used in many different areas, such as inside public and private buildings, inside vehicles to insulate doors and windows and in large industrial machines such as bulldozers.

Our gaskets are made by qualified personnel who constantly attend refresher courses, using the latest machines and technologies that are continuously upgraded.

Customised gaskets are produced using moulding presses that cut the rubber according to a computerised drawing showing the exact dimensions of the gasket. This type of processing allows us to obtain a product that is perfect in every detail and that will adapt efficiently to the pre-established housing in order to ensure complete insulation.

Obviously, we can produce gaskets in different sizes, from the smallest up to very thick ones, such as those designed for industrial machinery. The know-how acquired over many years in the business enables us to offer the best solutions and tailor-made gaskets for different types of use.

Our technical office and the production department are organized with extreme flexibility and can always assist you in the creation of details based on your design.

Please note:

to be able to send you a specific offer for your needs, we must receive a photography of the piece you need, or a sized drawing with the indication of materials and thickness. Then, to concretely do the job, we must receive the piece in our Company to directly work on it.
